Duties/Responsibilities:Manages all sub-contractors for timely completion, quality, ensure project is built according to plans, specifications, schedule and budget.Directs and supervises field personnel with daily schedules including people, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.Read, interpret and understand all project documentation such as insurance, permitting, project scheduling, QA/QC requirements, blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, and assembly instructionDocument delays/changes; Daily Completion of RFI'sMaintain and monitor quality standardsAbility to make mathematical computations for load calculationsCoordinate meetings, or contact permitting, building, public works, fire, and police officials as requiredMust assist in field installations when requiredWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
