The Head of Intermediary Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of intermediary relationship management with financial intermediaries including broker-dealers, RIAs, banks, and other financial institutions. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional service and aligns operational execution with regulatory and commercial objectives. They currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC. There are 2 main aspects of this role where you will (1) hold the relationships with back offices financial institutions and (2) with the company?s own internal US distribution arm. This includes dealing with Portfolio Managers, large cash flows/transactions and also preparing Fund board reporting. This includes yearly bonuses and a competitive salary based on years of experience.
