This role uses extensive knowledge of the company's complex go to market strategies with input on how to shape compensation programs to drive ongoing performance. This role will work both independently and in collaboration with SVP/EVP divisional executives on plan strategy, direction and other inputs. This will require substantial Technology Group collaboration, thorough planning, and implementation of a variety of the company's concepts, practices, and procedures as automated processes. This role reviews commission plans and plan performance annually, with go/no-go decision making shaped through leadership of steering committees and Executive Management a key success factor.
