The HVAC Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager, Operations Manager, and project team throughout all phases of commercial HVAC/R construction projects, with a strong focus on construction... administration and field coordination. The role assists with reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and submittals; coordinating installation sequencing with field teams and subcontractors; tracking manpower, materials, equipment, and progress; and maintaining accurate project documentation from kickoff through commissioning and closeout. The Associate PM also supports RFIs, change orders, invoicing, cost control, customer communications, and system startup activities to ensure HVAC/R systems are installed safely, accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with project requirements across multiple projects of varying size and complexity.This role will begin hybrid (3 days onsite) and will have increased flexibility as time progresses.
