This role will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, build and create dashboards, and ensure the successful delivery of data reporting for leadership.Support the creation and maintaining of data sets allowing MAST team to analyze asset performance data (for maintenance strategy) and Inventory Data (spare part consumption and replenishment strategy) Lead the implementation and optimization of Snowflake as a centralized cloud data platform for MAST reports including: Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure Snowflake architecture aligns with reporting needs, and develop and enforce data governance, security, and performance best practices within Snowflake to support scalable analytics. Analyze planned maintenance data, trends, and reporting to develop and establish performance metrics / KPIs and provide data to leadership for executive presentations.Plans, implements, and evaluates improvements in business processes and practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the MAST program.Conduct reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis to prepare reporting packages for MAST and Brand leadership.
