Job Description
The Senior A&P Maintenance Technician works independently under the Director of Maintenance to service, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft and engines to ensure airworthiness and FAA compliance.
Key responsibilities include
• Maintain owned, leased, and operated aircraft in airworthy condition
• Schedule and track maintenance; manage aircraft records, logbooks, and FAA compliance
• Oversee vendor and outsourced maintenance activities
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including remote operations
• Assist with sensor equipment installation, avionics updates, fueling, and aircraft movement
• Manage spare parts inventory and ground support equipment
• Support hangar and facility upkeep
• Collaborate with pilots to maintain the highest safety standards

Required Skills & Experience
• High School diploma or the equivalent
• 3+ years progressive experience as an A&P Maintenance Technician with an Inspection Authorization, or related experience
• Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Cessna Caravan, Conquest, or King Air experience
• Manufacturer training
