Job Description
The Onsite Administrators will perform various printer support services including installing new printers after removing old devices, hands on troubleshooting of printers, configuration of printers, and miscellaneous project related work. Some work can involve toner installs, monitoring toner supplies and general inventory control, email updates and correspondence, working with a remote technical team, and more.

Required Skills & Experience
-Great face to face customer service skills
-The ability to quickly pivot from task to task
-Printer support experience is highly preferred, but a general technical aptitude also works great in this role
-The ability to follow step by step directions and coordinate with remote teams
