Job Description

· Our client is seeking a safety professional to assist the Division Safety Manager and other safety coordinators to ensure Southland Industries meets all safety requirements
· You will be in the field and on site at the data center in Milwaukee, WI to help manage and coordinate all division safety activities
· Tours and inspects small or large, complex job sites to ensure compliance with company, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations
· Maintains all site required documentation related to safety issues, including accident reports, inspection reports and training logs
· Documents information for the investigation of accidents and injuries and submits data to regulatory agencies as required and consults with manager on decisions that significantly impact the company

Required Skills & Experience

· 3 – 7 years’ experience in construction safety.
· Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health or Environmental Applied Sciences or related discipline preferred.
· CHST or OSHA 500 Required (CSP or ASP will also be accepted in lieu of those).
· Certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred.
OSHA 30hr required
