Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role provides direct administrative support to the Plant Manager and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Manager, while working closely with production teams across multiple facilities.
This is a hands‑on, true administrative assistant role that blends office‑based responsibilities with daily interaction on the production floor.

The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating, editing, and formatting professional PowerPoint presentations; supporting daily administrative needs using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and performing data lookups and light data updates with a high level of accuracy. The assistant will independently track tasks, priorities, and follow‑ups for multiple leaders, while also supporting ad hoc requests such as meeting and event coordination. In addition, the role supports ERP system activities by maintaining accurate information, closing operations and jobs when notified by supervisors, and completing straightforward system transactions with provided training. The position also requires daily interaction with production facilities, including conducting walk‑throughs, collecting documentation, delivering drawings and materials to supervisors, and serving as a communication link between office leadership and floor operations, while adhering to required PPE and safety standards. Early‑career professionals or experienced administrators seeking a stable, hands‑on role are both encouraged to apply.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
