Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. End User Experience Engineer to join our Jewelry insurance client hybrid onsite in Neenah, WI. The Sr. Engineer, End User Experience will design, configure, and administer Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. They will work to understand ongoing business and security objectives and translate those into solutions utilizing these services. The Sr. Engineer will also assist with other team priorities such as conference room technology, endpoint and client operating system configuration, internal identity management, and more as needed. Responsibilities include:
• Engages others throughout the company to provide guidance, understand needs, validate requirements, ensure compliance, negotiate security trade-offs, and deliver solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 services
• Stays abreast of industry trends and technology direction and uses that knowledge to refine the Microsoft 365 environment as needed
• Accountable for the development and maintenance of governance and systems documentation relating to Microsoft 365 services
• Development of automation capabilities to more quickly and consistently deliver Microsoft 365 services
• Contributes to short and long-term roadmap for all End User Experience supported systems
• Participates in an on-call rotation to provide support for End User Experience supported systems after hours
• Research and development, proof of concept initiatives, and related activities for end-user facing services
• Estimates complexity of assigned projects and programs and assists in defining project tasks and documenting the estimated effort
• Participates in problem-solving for complex systems and processes
• Mentors other team members and Service Desk technicians on techniques, methods, standards and processes
• Takes advantage of and participates in continuing education opportunities to develop technical skills and soft skills

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelors degree is preferred in Information Technology, or a related field and a combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of eight to ten years of increasingly responsible experience in information technology with an emphasis on IT Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Advanced level experience Microsoft Windows Operating System Image creation and deployment; physical and Azure Virtual Desktops.
• Application Packaging and distribution using Microsoft SCCM and InTune.
• Security vulnerability remediation and patching.
• Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra Design and Management including; Organization Unit (OU) structure and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Experience with the following: Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, AAD Connect, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 Apps (Office), PowerShell, Conditional Access, Mobile Application Management, Windows client operating systems, conference room technology, familiarity with application delivery services like Intune and SCCM, familiarity with file servers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Property/casualty insurance, financial services and/or jewelry industry experience is desired, but not required
