Job Description
• Solution Design & Architecture
o Design and document end to end solutions for major business initiatives
o Contribute to the IT strategic roadmap by evaluating emerging technologies
o Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectural blueprints
• Architecture Alignment & Collaboration
o Partner with other Solution Architects to ensure cohesive, standards aligned solutions
o Account for current state systems and future state roadmap alignment
• ERP & Manufacturing Expertise
o Act as technical authority for Tier 1 ERP modules: Finance & Controlling, Warehouse & Materials Management, Manufacturing
o Provide guidance on best practices, configurations, and enhancements
• Integration Strategy
o Architect and govern application to application (A2A) integrations, primarily using Boomi (preferred)
o Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and maintainable
• MES, PLM & Data Governance
o Define ERP–MES integration strategies and map critical manufacturing data flows
o Collaborate on PLM integration and lifecycle alignment
o Champion Master Data Management (MDM) for materials, BOMs, and routings
• Industry 4.0 & Innovation
o Identify opportunities across: Industrial IoT, Digital Twin, AI/ML in manufacturing, Advanced analytics
• Governance & Standards
o Define architectural standards and best practices
o Lead architectural reviews and application portfolio rationalization

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years of related experience or 11 years of professional experience
• 2+ years of IT Architecture experience (5+ years preferred in Solutions or Enterprise Architecture)
• Deep experience with a Tier 1 ERP (SAP or Oracle) in a manufacturing environment
• Hands on A2A integration experience using an iPaaS platform
• Strong understanding of PLM, ERP, and MES integration points
• Solid knowledge of PLM concepts and MDM principles
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting architectural guidance to executives
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Boomi integration experience
• Industry 4.0 exposure (IIoT, Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance)
• TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture frameworks
• LeanIX, Signavio, or similar EA / process modeling tools
• Cloud native architecture experience (GCP strongly preferred)
