Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and innovate 5 small teams, introducing fresh and innovative ideas.
Act as the primary in-house creative lead, providing direction on themes, paid social campaigns, and overall creative vision.
Serve as a Creative Director, ensuring our brand stands out in the market.
Provide mentorship and leadership guidance to team members.
Contribute individually when necessary, while maintaining a strategic vision.
Collaborate with non-creative departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Private Brand Development.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of deliverables and mindset.

Ability to collaborate with non-creative departments.

Strong grasp of social media, particularly dynamic video content.

Experience leading a team of younger professionals.

Ability to communicate effectively with the CEO and other senior leaders, providing honest feedback and direction.

Highly innovative and willing to try new things.

Empowered to voice opinions and provide direction, even to senior leadership.

Strong leadership skills, capable of both leading and empowering teams, and getting involved in the details when necessary.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in retail/e-commerce
