Job Description
Day to Day:
Lead and mentor the IT applications team while overseeing the development, delivery, and governance of the IT applications portfolio. Ensure effective analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of business applications. Collaborate with business unit leads, manage application budgets, and contribute to IT planning. Provide hands-on guidance in enterprise systems architecture and integration.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, develop, and mentor the IT applications team
• Lead application developers/software engineers in solution design, development, and delivery.
• Provide hands-on guidance in enterprise systems' interoperability, integration, and architecture.
• Direct business application solution delivery and support
• Establish priorities and schedules for IT applications projects
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory controls
• Promote and oversee relationships with business unit leads
• Drive application portfolio and lifecycle strategy
Provide guidance in enterprise systems interoperability and architecture

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related IT field
• 5+ years’ experience leading application support at a senior level, development, and delivery teams in a complex business operation
• 3+ years’ experience in a Senior IT applications leadership role (Director / VP of Applications) managing design, development, and implementation of enterprise systems (ERP), Oracle Applications, and/or Fusion
• Experience with Oracle suite of enterprise applications (Oracle EBS, OBIEE, OAC)
Strong understanding of systems development methodologies (SDLC, Agile)
