Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales performance and sales personnel within a defined geographic region. This role plays a dual function: directly managing Project Managers and/or Estimators to ensure effective execution of projects and proposals, while also driving regional sales strategies, customer relationships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can effectively bridge technical project oversight with high-impact sales execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of experience if B2B experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment within Automotive or Defense industries
- Basic ability to read blueprints and understand measurements of equipment
- Experience utilizing a CRM or other sales entry database
