Insight Global is looking for 3 Maintenance Technicians to support our growing renewable gas client in Menasha, Wisconsin. These resources will be responsible for various duties essential to the operation of an agricultural waste management & resource recovery facility that utilizes mechanical, chemical, and biological systems to process manure and other agricultural waste streams into value-added products such as renewable natural gas (RNG), animal bedding, soil amendments and fertilizers, and clean water. These maintenance technicians will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of rotating equipment, stationary equipment, instrumentation, controls, and other low voltage applications. These technicians will be responsible for a variety of process and quality control related duties including sampling, testing, and documenting various gases, liquids, and solids. These resources will be responsible for parts procurement, logistics, and recordkeeping at the assigned facility and for utilizing CMMS, purchasing, and inventory management systems.

2-4 years of experience as a Maintenance or Facility Technician working in a production/manufacturing/industrial environment (wastewater, gas & oil, chemical production, all plusses)
Troubleshooting and problem solving experience
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Programming & troubleshooting experience with PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA
Ability to operate material handling equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and forklifts
Welding & Fabrication experience
Gas production equipment experience
Lab testing equipment experience
Filter press experience
Electrical experience
