Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
Ten (10+) years of progressive responsibility in administration, management control and/or accounting of technical professional services in the shipbuilding industry (+) or equivalent manufacturing industry (+) or major defense industry
Five (5+) years of experience in successful project leadership, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills and/or supervisory role with a group of 2 or more
Possess a broad working knowledge of marine systems including but not limited to: structural. outfitting, machinery, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, electronics, HVAC. etc.
