This person will be supporting the provisioning / outfitting team for a large ship building company
This person will be reading the drawings and tech manuals provided from the vendors to see the maintenance procedures the manufacturer calls for for various parts, pieces and equipment on the vessel
Looking at drawings (autocad to pdf) and identifying what equipment or parts need to be replaced and by when
Understanding what is going to break or need to be replaced and ordering that part prior to this occurring
This all happens to ensure that the ship is ready for delivery

Ability to read engineering drawings such as the Bill of materials (list of parts)
Ability to decide/identify which parts that need to be replaced.
