Insight Global is looking for a senior engineer tech to join a large shipbuilding company onsite in Marinette Wisconsin. They will be sitting on the design team -- working on all electrical components (cable ways, small foundations) All their models for equipment parts and cables are done in the 3d world. They will receive functional 2D drawings such as cut sheets and arrangement drawings for the ship and create 3D drawings from them. They will do modeling to their functional diagrams. Minor meeting attendance-internal and external is required. They will be reviewing and checking work of others- everyone's work must go through a check. They must be able to estimate how long it would take them to complete a task. Standard office activities like tracking progress and supervision of others is required

* AutoCAD experience- at least 5 yrs.
* Experience with 3D
* Associates (in related field to engineering, design, drafting) OR 10 yrs of experience in design field.
