Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Assistant to join one of our clients, Logan Pass Construction. LPC is a family-owned general contractor based in the Greater Denver area. They help to complete mission critical retro-fits for top-tier data and telecommunications clients. Their specialization, combined with a unique integrated team approach, enables LPC to deliver the expertise, safety and professionalism of large general contractors, while retaining the client service and cost efficiencies of a small firm, all while delivering the absolute highest quality.

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to Logan Pass/project team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and assisting with scheduling and budgeting.

- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, permits, and plans. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the General Contractor, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Scheduling: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Budgeting: Support the General Contractor in tracking project expenses and managing budgets. Prepare financial reports and assist with invoice processing.
- Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues that may arise during the project. Provide support in troubleshooting and finding solutions.
- Reporting: Generate regular progress reports and updates for the General Contractor and project stakeholders.
- Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or a similar role within the construction industry.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
