Job Description

As the Business Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness, security, and innovation of our technology solutions within the HR, Legal, and Data Privacy. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. Responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing Global IT strategy for HR, Legal, and Data Privacy and provides visionary leadership to the IT teams responsible for these areas, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Leading, mentors, and manages a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Oversees the design, architecture, and integration of technology systems and platforms to support HR, Legal, and Data Privacy functions. Ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Manages relationships with technology vendors, negotiates contracts, and evaluates vendor performance. Ensures cost-effective procurement of software, hardware, and services.

Implements and enforces security protocols and measures to protect sensitive data within HR, Legal, and Data Privacy. Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Plans, executes, and monitors IT projects related to HR, Legal, and Data Privacy, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Identifies and mitigates project risks and issues.

Collaborates with HR, Legal, and Finance to understand their technology needs and objectives.

Fosters strong relationships and provides IT guidance to achieve departmental goals.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required, with a preference towards a master's degree.

-5+ years of experience in information technology with a preference towards candidates with a background in project management. Strong knowledge of HR, Legal, and Data Privacy software and systems.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English

- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to accommodate international time zones
