Job Description

Our large medical supply client looking to bring on a Quality Assurance Technician at their Hartland, WI manufacturing plant. This facility manufactures a variety of products including medical devices, drug products, and cosmetics. Products include, but are not limited to - shampoo, syringes, canisters, swabs, tablets, pre-surgical products, and disinfectant wipes. The QA Technician will dive into batch record reviews. They will review anything they have sent out for corrections that comes back and make sure its right. They will ensure all testing is within specifications and then complete the finished goods release. This QA Technician will work with the warehouse, lab, and production employees to make sure they have all the associated documents.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years in a QA technician role
Experience with batch record reviews and NCRs (non-conformance report)
Technical writing experience writing procedures and processes for investigations
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Good attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills (will be working cross functionally with different departments)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of Smartsheet
