Job Description

• Lead and coordinate the monthly manual billing process for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review billing inputs, identify discrepancies, and proactively seek clarification from product partners.
• Maintain a sole focus on manual billing operations, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing workflows and support process improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to billing activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual billing, preferably within a commercial banking environment (retail banking experience is not preferred but will be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, question, and validate billing data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with product owners and internal stakeholders.
