Job Description
A company in the Waukesha area is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. This person will manage the full-cycle hiring process and help attract top talent. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, and support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and define hiring needs
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across a variety of roles
Post jobs and manage candidate pipelines through applicant tracking systems
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements
Coordinate and support interviews with internal stakeholders
Assist with offer development, including compensation recommendations and start dates
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies
Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives
Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Perform additional duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
Experience supporting multiple roles and hiring managers simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or talent acquisition certifications a plus
