Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform desktop and mobile applications using .NET MAUI and C#
Support internal tools used for engineering analysis, manufacturing workflows, quality tracking, and system monitoring
Collaborate with systems engineers, mechanical engineers, and IT teams to translate technical requirements into functional applications
Maintain and enhance existing .NET applications, including troubleshooting defects and implementing performance improvements
Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation activities to ensure reliability and compliance with engineering standards
Write clear technical documentation to support application usage, maintenance, and future enhancements
Follow established development processes, configuration management practices, and security guidelines typical of regulated engineering environments

Required Skills & Experience
2–3+ years of professional application development experience
Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
Hands-on experience developing applications with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin with direct MAUI transition experience)
Experience building UI-driven applications that interact with APIs, databases, or backend services
Familiarity with MVVM architecture and modern UI design patterns
Experience using Visual Studio, Git, and standard source control practices
Ability to work effectively in a structured, engineering-focused environment with multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or industrial systems
Exposure to defense, naval, aerospace, or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with:
REST APIs and service-based architectures
SQL Server or similar relational databases
Windows desktop and/or mobile device deployment
Understanding of software quality practices in safety‑critical or mission‑critical environments
