Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Slot Technicians to join our clients team in WI/IL/MI. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of gaming products within their assigned territory. This includes handling service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in major product installations and conversions. The role involves regular travel and physical activity, such as lifting and moving equipment. An ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience working on a slot floor, specifically servicing slot machines.

Technicians also provide on-site training to customers, maintain accurate service records, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Additionally, they support trade shows, new product rollouts, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance our client's reputation in the industry.

Once onboarded, the team provides a training course to get up to speed on company specific equipment and specifications in Las Vegas, NV.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a slot floor environment
Proficiency in repairing, installing, and maintaining gaming products, including slot machines.
Ability to travel in and out of state to support various casino clients.
Ability to lift and move up to 75 Ibs as well as work in a casino environment.
Intermediate understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products.
Proven customer service capabilities to interact with customers and clients independently.
Strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external customers.
Ability to pass an intensive background check and obtain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions.

Active or Inactive Gaming License in various jurisdictions
