Job Description
My client is looking for a Construction Manager to join their project supporting a Federal Client in Martinsburg, WV. This project is in extended design right now, so the accurate candidate will start in January but be able to work the first 5-6 months remote before committing to being onsite in Martinsburg, WV full time. This is a roof replacement project of a federal building, so the correct construction manager will be able to oversee this project - managing subcontractors, running onsite meetings, helping to keep project on schedule, and providing updates to the project executive and client.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years of total construction experience
- 3+ years recent construction manager experience over a federal project
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- roof replacement project experience
- PE, RA, or CCM license
