A client in the Vancouver, Wa area is looking for a SQL Developer to join their team! This position will be a 5-month contract to and will be an onsite position with hybrid flexibility. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a Data Team alongside a Data Architect, .Net Developer, and Business System Analyst. In this role you will use your skills in the MS Data Warehouse Stack to provide data for enabling reporting and analytic solutions. We are looking for someone who has experience in design, creation, management, and use of large data sets. In this role you will integrate data from upstream systems into an Enterprise Data Warehouse schema. As a SQL Developer you will also gather requirements and incorporate business logic at the data layer to be consumed by business intelligence software for reporting and analytics. This company is a Microsoft shop, and we are looking for someone who has primarily working with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and newer technology such as Fabric, Synapse, etc. If you are looking to join a great team, manager, and culture this could be a great fit for you!

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Data Warehousing Stack (SSIS, Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory, Data bricks, or similar)
3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server development: Stored procedures, programming skills to deliver complex SQL views, stored procedures, dashboard design principles, query optimization, and data modeling, etc.
Experience with developing and deploying SSRS reports
Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment, Azure experience preferred
