A successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet the teams current and future hiring needs. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business priorities. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leverage multiple sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process. Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience within Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations applicable to the recruiting and hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a wide range of roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce.
- Capable of working and interacting with all employee levels; both internal and external business partners.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
