Job Description
A well-known Aerospace company is looking for Level 1 Plasters to join their team in Sumner, WA. An ideal candidate in this role will support the day‑to‑day production process by removing plaster parts from molds and cleaning them to meet quality standards. This includes preparing molds for curing, doing light hand sanding, and keeping the work area clean by removing excess plaster. A successful candidate will also pour liquid plaster into mandrels to create molds by following clear, step‑by‑step work instructions. This role involves safely moving molds of varying weights, sometimes with the help of a teammate, and staying aware of proper lifting practices. Success in this position comes from being reliable, following schedules, and communicating with a supervisor if there are any questions, delays, or concerns. Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ months of experience with the use of basic hand and power tools
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work cohesively in an open production floor
