An employer in Spokane, WA is seeking a Protection Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for doing project- based work specifically in relation to relay settings. They will be performing fault studies, protection and integration design, working with substation engineers to develop and review drawings, answer questions from engineers, as well as doing relay settings themselves. They will be doing integration work, substation networking, and integration equipment settings. They will be juggling 5-6 projects at once, some will take one full day, others will take several weeks. This is an entirely remote position and can sit anywhere in the U.S. but must be available for meetings during 9-3PM PST.

- 5+ years experience doing relay setting with AcSELerator in transmission and distribution
