Job Description

A client in Spokane is looking for a Project Executive who will oversee a construction portfolio of various projects including Education, Public Works, Life Sciences, and more.
The Project Executive will organize the team and project by leading the bid process, staying within budget and ensuring required timeline of close out. The perfect candidate will have a construction focus background working within different industries, provide cost estimates, working on multiple projects at once, have a background in estimations, bids, proposals, and meet client deadlines. Required Skills & Experience

Over 5-8 years of experience in field construction management working on various projects.
Proficient computer skills and working with construction/pm software's - experience with bids, proposals, drafting, estimating, documenting, and procurement.
Has fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
Demonstrates great communication skills in order to maintain good relationships with contractors and clients while also having the ability to negotiate.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Has contacts/connections or a portfolio of clients or repeat work with clients.
Has a background being a Project Engineer.
