Must Have:



Minimum 5 years of project management experience

Expertise in whole site development, including:



Concrete and earthwork

Civil and commercial development

Understanding of project lifecycle





Experience managing 3-4 contractors, including general contractors

Proven track record of developing multiple site builds

Proficiency in coordinating permit processes

Ability to be on-site approximately every other day

Skilled in team management and reporting to senior leadership

Strong communication skills, particularly with Microsoft Teams



Additional Notes:



This role oversees 3-4 contractors

Candidates with Recology background are not eligible for this position

Preferred Skills:



Experience in project scheduling

Proficiency in managing multiple vendors

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Engineering certification

Degree in Construction Management
