We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the migration from LeanIX SAP to the Salesforce platform. This role involves overseeing the transition of functionality from a third-party platform (LeanIX) into a proprietary Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and enhancements, ensuring the successful delivery of an MVP by September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration program from LeanIX SAP to the Salesforce platform.
Define and execute the first workstream, including identifying what needs to be built, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of functionalities into the Salesforce proprietary platform.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring successful MVP delivery by September 2025.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive program execution and enhancements.
Facilitate alignment between key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.
Oversee the design, development, and rollout of platform enhancements post-migration.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.

7+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in enterprise platform migrations.
Strong background in Salesforce platform implementations and SAP system migrations.
Experience in third-party platform integration and decommissioning.
Excellent stakeholder management and alignment skills.
Strong execution tracking, risk management, and change management experience.
Ability to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into platform solutions.
Experience delivering MVPs and iterative enhancements in a structured manner.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
Experience with LeanIX, SAP, and Salesforce ecosystems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for platform migration and enhancements.
