Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to support our software delivery team. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that software solutions are built with precision and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or cruise operations, a deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Develop data flow diagrams, software architecture diagrams, and other visual documentation to clearly represent system functionality and integration points.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for the software delivery team.
• Participate in intake processes, requirement validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Support multiple concurrent projects, managing priorities and timelines effectively.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation that guides development and testing.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Apex applications and related systems.
• Maintain a solid track record of reliability, performance, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
• Foster a professional yet approachable and sociable working style.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a software delivery environment.
• Strong background in hospitality or cruise industry operations and systems.
• Expertise in creating and interpreting data flow diagrams, process maps, and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and remote teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak fluently to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience with Apex applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
