Job Description
The Adobe Target Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing personalized experiences and A/B testing campaigns across Holland America Line’s digital platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in Adobe Target, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable collaborating across marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including setting up personalization and A/B testing campaigns.
• Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js preferred).
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, AEM).
• Experience integrating Adobe Target with Martech tools (Salesforce CRM, Marketo, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
