Job Description
An employer is looking for a Sr. Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer who will provide engineering and operational support for privileged access solutions safeguarding the organization's internal workforce and applications. This role focuses on deployment and operationalization of privileged access management (PAM) tooling including maintaining enrollment or privileged accounts, onboarding of protected resources, handling access requests and processing incident tickets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about ensuring secure and efficient identity operations in a hybrid cloud environment. This role will involve onboarding credentials into Beyond Trust password safe and ensure the right people can access and rotate it. This role requires creativity and scripting for reporting in PowerShell, Python and Bash. This role will also involve the deployment of teleport and scaling installation of an agent across the enterprise's servers for accessibility.

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations or related IT support roles.
· Hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory.
· Familiarity with Privileged Access Management and ZTNA tooling (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Teleport, Netskope).
· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve identity-related incidents.
· Understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Experience with automation tools (e.g., Okta Workflows, PowerShell/Python scripting).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance.
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
