Job Description

An employer is looking for an Sr. Organizational Change Manager in the Greater Seattle Washington area. This person will help drive business readiness, training enablement, and stakeholder engagement as the program transitions from build/test to readiness/go-live phases. This role will operate in a fast-moving technical environment with evolving requirements, broad organizational impact, and a highly distributed enablement model. This person will monitor the creation of approximately 120 training and enablement assets being developed by subject matter experts across multiple stakeholder groups. Coordinate review, testing, packaging, release readiness, and publication activities. Maintain an up-to-date training menu and content inventory. They will coach SMEs and content authors on learning, enablement, and communication best practices. They will help establish and refine templates, standards, review criteria, packaging approaches, and content-development methods. They will identify program-wide training and enablement gaps. Work with SMEs, change managers, and stakeholders to drive creation of missing assets and, when appropriate, directly create content to address critical needs. They will develop guides, job aids, communication materials, templates, and supporting resources to equip and activate Training Leads across the business. They will enable a distributed, business-led training model. This person will monitor training performance, consumption metrics, readiness indicators, and stakeholder engagement signals. Contribute to dashboards, status reporting, and program insights. They will partner closely with GTM change managers to align training activities with change strategy, business engagement plans, impact assessments, readiness objectives, and overall program goals. They will help drive meaningful participation and engagement across stakeholder groups. This person will identify training environment requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies. They will coordinate with other workstreams to help resolve issues impacting readiness activities.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as an OCM
7+ years of equivalent combinations of practical experience, education, certifications, and demonstrated results will be considered.
5+ years of experience supporting large-scale business, process, technology, or digital transformation initiatives within technical or technology-focused organizations.
5+ years of experience supporting roll out and enablement of companywide system migrations in a large enterprise environment of 6,000 or more people
5+ years of experience rolling out trainings, working with multiple lines of businesses simultaneously, helping the business implement trainings and ensure they are on the right track, and information is relevant to each LOB
Comfortable working independently with limited direction, incomplete information, shifting priorities, and evolving program plans.
Strong leadership, facilitation, consulting, and influence skills with the ability to work effectively with technical SMEs, project teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Able to translate complex technical concepts into practical business language and actionable guidance.
Demonstrated ability to support audiences experiencing change fatigue, competing priorities, or limited capacity for additional change activities.
Highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple parallel workstreams, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
