Job Description

Must Have:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst both Technical and Functional

- Experience supporting HCM integrations, configurations, and migrations.

- Adaptable, to be able to communicate with the business, leadership, technical teams' and various stakeholders.

- Expert at translating technical requirements into layman's terms if / when needed.

- Demonstration of critical / analytical skills - someone who would double click and get curious vs. just take requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Our client in the Seattle area is looking to bring on a Sr. Business Analyst to their People Enablement team. This team is responsible for supporting all integrations of the Workday system, as well as understand downstream effects and managing all integrations of the platform. Our ideal candidate is an extremely versatile Technical Business Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives, with the goal to complete 70 systems integrations. While you are a part of this team, your day to day will consist of continuous delivery and coming through for the HCM. Our ideal candidate has a background in HRIS, SaaS, and working directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, while translating them to technical team.
