5+ years professional experience in Software Asset Management
2+ years of audit/compliance experience
Experience reviewing software license agreements, maintaining license compliance and audit readiness
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, functions/formulas, and data visualization tools) and comfortable working with large, complex data sets
Understanding of how to query and structure data to assist with data driven decisions and troubleshooting
Experience to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner to leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with ServiceNow and FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS)
Prior experience using JIRA, Coupa, SharePoint
