Key Responsibilities
• Own Aha! as the primary product management and roadmap tooling platform, including configuration, governance, and ongoing evolution.
• Define and maintain standards for product initiative, roadmap, and outcome representation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product Leadership to translate strategy, value streams, and priorities into structured, actionable artifacts within Aha!.
• Drive adoption and effective usage of Aha! through enablement materials, office hours, best‑practice guidance, and hands‑on support.
• Continuously assess and improve product management workflows to reduce friction and increase PM effectiveness.
• Ensure product data integrity and roadmap hygiene to support portfolio views, leadership reviews, and planning cycles.
• Serve as a key partner to Product, Engineering Ops, Portfolio Ops, and Business Ops to align tooling, process, and reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual planning processes by preparing tooling, templates, and structured views in Aha!.
• Provide visibility to stakeholders through dashboards and standardized reporting sourced from product tooling.
• Identify opportunities to scale product operations through improved systems, automation, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in program management, product operations, product enablement, or systems‑focused roles supporting product teams.
• Aha! SME - Hands on experience owning or administering a product roadmap, portfolio, or planning tool (Aha! – required, Jira – strongly desired).
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design workflows, templates, and standards that scale across organizations.
• Experience driving tool adoption and behavior change through enablement rather than enforcement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear guides and standards.
• Comfort partnering with senior product leaders and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data quality and translate product data into insights.
