Job Description

This role will restructure and optimize the current department SharePoint site. This role will focus on rebuilding the SharePoint site, migrating data, creating educational materials, training, and creating dashboards to improve records management and departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Redesign and restructure existing SharePoint sites for improved usability and functionality.
Migrate data from legacy systems to updated SharePoint environments.
Develop training materials and train users on updated SharePoint site.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support departmental operations.
Ensure compliance with records management standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience engaging non-technical stakeholders to align product design with need and best use.
Proven experience with SharePoint development and administration.
Strong skills in data migration while ensuring record management.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
