Job Description

We're hiring for a ServiceNow Developer in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite/week in Downtown Seattle - as such, only local candidates will be considered at this time. You will develop comprehensive features and functionalities that enhance our client's ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. You will attend regular Agile ceremonies, develop features and enhancements based on requirements captured in stories, and conduct unit testing. By doing so, you will empower the Service Excellence team to deliver streamlined, scalable, and innovative solutions that elevate our client's global ServiceNow capabilities efficiently and effectively. We are looking for someone who will be a SME in the ServiceNow modules they're supporting and offer ongoing conversations with leadership and the business around best practices.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, integrations, modules, and workflows customizing only when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices, focusing on an out-of-box approach where possible.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in across the ServiceNow platform.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
Strong scripting skills, experience with JavaScript.
In-depth subject matter expertise in these ServiceNow Modules: Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/ Third-party Risk Management (TPRM), Security Incident Response (SIR).
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
Ability to be self-directed, proactive and work with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module.
Experience with Vulnerability Response, ServiceNow module.
Retail experience.
