Job Description

Lead technical requirements gathering, technical gap analysis, and contribute to backlog grooming.

· Represents the engineering team when engaging with cross functional teams, including functional analysts, Project Management, Development, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure and the business customer. Negotiates, facilitates, and influences others to gain alignment and mutually agreeable outcomes in complex and ambiguous situations.

· Effectively manages and partners with third party vendors and internal tech teams to deliver against business objectives

· Ensure that application and infrastructure architectural solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with Company standards and practices

· Provide high-availability operational support and automate solutions across the environment

· Implement service monitoring across all platforms to ensure continuous availability and operational continuity of critical systems

· Lead remediation efforts for recurring issue can direct the team's best practices for incident resolution and the facilitation of cross functional troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and engagement with vendors where needed.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

· Must be decisive and able to back up decisions with well-thought and informed justifications

· Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely across a varied audience of client, delivery, and technical partners

· Must be able to pair program effectively and drive story refinement and other collaborative team technical activities

· Experience coding using Agile and DevOps engineering practices

· Highly proficient with C# development, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and ASP.NET Core

· Proficiency with Azure Cloud Development with the following Azure Resources:

· Azure Service Bus

· Azure CosmosDB

· Azure Storage

· Azure Functions

· Azure Kubernetes Service

· Proficiency with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, Trunk Based Development

· 6+ years of deploying and running container-based apps in Azure, primarily with services like Azure Container Apps, Azure Container Registry, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Key Vault
