Job Description

· Provide technical leadership for the procurement, implementation, and roadmap of people team software to ensure that the organization has high-quality, efficient People systems
· Design and implement system integrations and workflow solutions for employees, managers and admins across systems
· Administer and maintain People software and systems
· Serve as lead representative and liaison between People, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders
· Apply user-centered methods to understand problems and test and implement technology solutions
· Collaborate with teammates to prototype and test ideas for current and future customers
· Ensure accessibility standards (e.g. Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0) are applied across learning and technology design
Advocate for innovative people technology solutions and encourage stakeholders to embrace new technologies

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
· Eight or more years of relevant professional experience, including experience leading successful implementation of enterprise HR software and/or a comparable enterprise-wide SaaS program
· Previous experience building and modifying integrations between systems
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
· Superior communication and technical skills, including a client-centric approach to communicating and solving technology challenges
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding, nationally distributed workforce with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Proven interpersonal and change management skills to champion adoption of new processes and technologies
· Fluency with data management and visualization tools such as Amazon Redshift, Power BI, Tableau or Looker
· Comfort using project management tools to collaborate and share information
· Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure HR systems meet organizational needs and goals
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
