Job Description

The Global Lead Development team is seeking a Senior Sales Program Manager to own and scale the Canada inside‑sales and lead development motion, modeled on proven U.S. programs. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for program design, rollout, stakeholder alignment, and performance oversight—not day‑to‑day sales execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience building and scaling inbound lead development or sales development programs, leading distributed teams, and partnering with senior sales and marketing stakeholders to drive measurable acquisition and adoption outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end strategy for Canada Lead Development programs, including replication and adaptation of successful U.S. inbound sales models.
- Define the operating framework, success metrics, and governance model for inside‑sales programs supporting new customer acquisition.
- Lead the rollout of new or evolving programs, including SOP development, program charters, and cross‑functional execution plans.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within lead flow, conversion, and adoption, and drive strategic improvements.
-Starting rate is $70/hr

- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior sales stakeholders and drive alignment without direct budget ownership.
- High proficiency in Salesforce (ideally power user level), Excel, and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to diagnose business issues and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both executive and team levels.
