Job Description

An aerospace company based in the greater Seattle area is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team! They will be responsible for managing client relationships including Aerospace OEMS, Aircraft Operators/Modifiers in order to create lasting relationships. They will be overseeing the entire sales process from initial engagement to final delivery while being involved in collaborating with Program and Engineering teams to develop proposals. It is most important they have experience with customer communication, new business pursuits, relationship building and strong presentation skills. They will be directly reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing and a key instrument in driving business growth for their commercial aerospace division.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of experience in Aerospace or Aviation
2-3+ years of experience selling engineering services to Aerospace OEM's, operators, modifiers
Project management experience
Strong communication/presenting skills
Ability to travel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor degree in relative field
Experience working at a small-medium sized business in aerospace
