Job Description

The Reporting Analyst supports enterprise reporting initiatives across UKG (Payroll and Workforce Management) and Dynamics 365 (ERP) systems. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational, compliance, and executive reporting through Power BI and internal reporting tools within UKG and Dynamics 365. The analyst works closely with the Business Technology ERP team and key business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports payroll operations, financial reporting, and enterprise decision-making. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both standard and ad-hoc reports within UKG to support payroll analytics, auditing, compliance reporting, reconciliations, and overall reporting accuracy. It also includes building and maintaining operational and financial reports within Dynamics 365, supporting ERP reporting needs across Finance, Accounting, and operational workflows. In addition, the role focuses on designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, including data modeling, KPI tracking, and executive-ready visualizations. Close collaboration with the Business Technology ERP team is essential to support reporting requirements, validate data outputs, and ensure reporting solutions align with system design and business processes. The position emphasizes strong data validation and quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy and integrity across payroll and ERP datasets. It also supports ERP and payroll implementation or enhancement projects by gathering reporting requirements, validating results, and assisting stakeholders with reporting adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

At least 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or systems reporting roles
Experience developing reports in UKG (or similar payroll/workforce platforms)
Experience working with Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or comparable ERP systems)
Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
Familiar with SQL/T-SQL and ability to write queries to support reporting and data validation
Understanding of payroll and financial reporting concepts, including reconciliations and compliance reporting
Ability to work on complex reporting needs with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, MS-SQL, or data warehousing concepts is a plus
Familiarity with project tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, DevOps, Agile) is a plus
Certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics 365, or UKG reporting are a plus
