The Sales Operations Analyst is a collaborative, analytical role with a high level of autonomy focused on improving the productivity of our sellers through streamlined processes and data-informed strategies.
As a Sales Ops Analyst, the focus for this project will be
· Designing and building a comprehensive Salesforce Report Suite to support the Go To Market Organization to meet the needs of users at varying levels across several teams
· Interviewing and gathering requirements from leaders, reps, and operations folks to understand their data and reporting needs
· Thinking strategically on how to meet the broadest needs while designing a simple and effective reporting solution and folder structure
· Efficiently building Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet requirements and deliver value to all stakeholders
· Design with governance in mind, making sure the right data is in front of the right people
Create comprehensive documentation to support extended learning and understanding of the entire Salesforce Suite
