Job Description

We are looking for someone to support a comprehensive communications strategy and execution, with secondary responsibility to support Community Ambassador recruitment, engagements, meetings, and outreaching, ensuring consistent communication and support across the volunteer programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Manage campaign communications, email outreach, and volunteer engagement.
• Support Community Ambassador recruitment, meetings, and communications.
• Coordinate event logistics and nonprofit partner communications.
• Analyze volunteer and campaign data, create reports, and track metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues during campaign execution and support post-campaign reporting.
Required Skills
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills (including mail merge).
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with event coordination and logistics.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvements.
Experience with CSR, social impact, volunteer programs, or nonprofit organizations preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with corporate volunteering programs or community engagement initiatives
• Experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagement
• Background in social impact or nonprofit sector
Knowledge of volunteer recruitment and engagement best practices
