An employer is looking for a Network Engineer to perform wireless design and deployment to uplift the wireless network in global offices. Structures will be in place for oversight and escalations by having a Salesforce (SF) Engineer paired with the Network Engineer. The SF Engineer will check off the wireless design but the consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing the wireless environment based on business requirements and established parameters & procedures. They will also be troubleshooting deployments but will have the SF Engineer to assist with triaging any significant issues. The milestones for this project include having all deployments complete by December 19th.

5-10 years of experience with Cisco wireless networking products, including Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Cisco Catalyst Center.
Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networks (802.11ac, 802.11ax, 802.11ax with 6 GHz band).
Prefer familiarity with Ekahau Pro for wireless design and surveys, including independent completion of wireless site surveys.
Wired network experience with configuring and managing Cisco Catalyst access switches, including routing and port configuration.
Experience in planning and deploying wireless networks in office environments, including AP placement, RF planning, and interference mitigation.
Excellent communication skills.
Project Management skills, such as working independently, collaborating across teams, and participating in a scrum team for work management.
Cisco Certified preferred (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE).
